VIDEO EDITOR FOR SHORT FORM CONTENT

Hi, I'm looking for a video editor (individual, no agencies!) with the following experience:

1. Editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

2. Experience using Capcut or Premiere Pro/After Effects

3. Portfolio with previous work examples
