Faceless YouTube Thumbnail Designer NEEDED - daily work

We are looking for a thumbnail designer to help with several YouTube channels.

For each channel, we will provide:

• An example channel to study
• Thumbnail examples and outliers
• A video title or topic
• Basic instructions for the sample thumbnail

Your job is to study the example channel, identify the common thumbnail styles and trends, and create a thumbnail that closely matches what is already working.

You may use Photoshop, Canva, Google Flow, Nano Banana, ---------- , Leonardo, AI tools, or any other method. We care about the final result, not which tools you use. Most of these tools we will provide to you aswell. You will be added to Trello board.

You should be able to:

• Study successful outlier thumbnails
• Follow simple layouts and proven concepts
• Match an existing channel style
• Add your own creative ideas when appropriate
• Create clean thumbnails that are easy to understand
• Follow instructions and communicate clearly

We are looking for someone who can work with us consistently across multiple channels.

Will pay per thumbnail to start and then can move to salary if quality is met.
