Credit Repair Virtual Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to confidently close sales while building trust with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound leads through phone calls, text messages, email , and social media.
• Explain our credit repair process clearly and professionally.
• Follow up consistently with leads and existing clients until they are enrolled or their questions are resolved.
• Close sales by overcoming objections and helping clients understand the value of our services.
• Provide outstanding customer service with clear, friendly, and professional communication.
• Keep accurate notes and update client information in the CRM.
• Schedule appointments and send required onboarding information.
• Work with the team to ensure clients receive timely updates throughout the credit repair process.

Requirements:

• Previous virtual assistant, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills with clear grammar and pronunciation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to close deals.
• Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Experience with CRMs, dialers, or credit repair is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
