Junior Property Accountant (MRI Software)

We're hiring a detail-oriented Junior Property Accountant to support our US-based real estate portfolio. You'll work full-time remotely, coordinating directly with our US stakeholders on Pacific Time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Handle full-cycle accounting: journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
• Manage rental income recording, tenant billing, and lease schedules
• Process accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
• Coordinate financial reporting with US-based offshore stakeholders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Must have a hands-on experience using MRI Property Management Software (Pls. skip if this is not met)
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in property or real estate
• CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience working with US offshore stakeholders
• Familiar with rental management and payment management workflows
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently
