Hiring: Editor (Instagram Reels)

Pay: $2.5/hour (avg. $400–700/month)
Remote | Flexible Hours

We are hiring Video Editors to join our Instagram Team. Your job is to take raw creator footage and turn it into high-performing, ready-to-post Reels.

This is not a beginner training role. We want editors who already have editing experience, software familiarity, and creative instincts.

What You'll Do:
Repurpose raw content into Ready-To-Post reels per week
Research your viral edits, and increase your results

What We're Looking For:
Experienced Editors (Instagram Reels)
Understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention
Fast and efficient workflow
Organized and consistent with deadlines
