We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Business Development Specialist to grow our presence and build strategic partnerships within the Philippine Web3 and crypto market.
Requirements

• Fluent in English and Filipino, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in business development, affiliate management, partnerships, KOL management, or community growth.
• Good understanding of the Web3, cryptocurrency, and trading industries.
• Existing connections with local KOLs, affiliates, communities, trading groups, or crypto projects are highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-management, and execution skills.
• Target-driven and capable of working independently in a remote, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage affiliates, KOLs, communities, and strategic partners in the Philippines.
• Recruit new partners and support them in generating registrations, deposits, and trading volume.
• Identify local market opportunities and propose effective growth strategies.
• Negotiate partnership terms and coordinate promotional campaigns.
• Maintain long-term relationships with partners and monitor their performance.
• Collect market and product feedback and coordinate with the global team.
• Provide regular performance updates and progress reports.
