Klaviyo Specialist for Shopify Brands

Rate: $8/hour
Hours: 20 hours per week (part-time)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Klaviyo Specialist to own email and SMS marketing for our Shopify-based brands. This is a senior-level position for someone who lives and breathes Klaviyo and knows the platform inside and out. You'll be responsible for building high-converting flows, planning campaigns strategically, and running tests that actually move the needle.

Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo — this is non-negotiable.
2. Proven track record with at least 3 brands/webshops — please be ready to share examples or a portfolio.
3. Senior-level Klaviyo knowledge — you understand all the ins and outs, from advanced segmentation and flows to deliverability and integrations.
4. Comfortable working with Claude (AI) for translating content into languages other than English. Our brands operate in multiple markets, so you'll use AI tools to help localize copy.
5. Strategic campaign planning experience — you can build and execute a campaign calendar with clear goals.
6. Test-driven mindset — you take initiative on A/B testing and optimization, and you can show concrete case studies of tests you've run and the results you achieved.

What You'll Do
Design, build, and optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and more).
Plan and execute the campaign calendar across our Shopify brands.
Manage segmentation and list health to maximize engagement and deliverability.
Run A/B tests and report on performance with actionable insights.
Use Claude to help translate and adapt campaigns for non-English markets.
