Accounting Finance Manager (Property Company)

We're a Sydney-based property management company running a growing portfolio, and we're looking for a full-time Accounting Finance Manager to take ownership of our accounting operations. and manage our accounting team.

We want someone genuinely sharp with numbers: fast, accurate, and able to see the story the financials are telling, not just record them.

What you'll own day to day:

• Managing our entire accounting operations and managing the accounting team

• Cash flow reporting and forecasting — kept current daily

• Arrears reporting and active follow-up (including texting tenants via our Australian mobile)

• Vacancy reporting

• Account reconciliations across the portfolio

• Responding to tenant ledger and accounting enquiries by email and text

• Flagging risks, trends and opportunities in the numbers before we have to ask

• General finance admin support

• AI-enabled

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or equivalent a strong plus)

Solid accounting and bookkeeping experience — property or real estate a bonus

Genuinely strong with numbers and detail; nothing slips

A clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving mind

Calm and collected under pressure

The schedule: Full-time, Monday through to Saturday, aligned to Australian business hours.
