Australian Financial Planning Experience Required
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Assistant to join our growing Australian financial planning firm.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months' experience working within an Australian financial planning practice. Applicants without Australian financial planning experience will not be considered.

You will work closely with our financial advisers, supporting client administration, business operations and the continued growth of our firm.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a growing business and is excited by the opportunity to help develop processes and contribute beyond a traditional administration role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 6 months' experience working within an Australian financial planning practice (essential). You should have an understanding of Australian financial planning processes and experience supporting financial advisers.
- Experience using Australian financial planning software and CRM systems (essential). You should be confident working across different platforms, maintaining accurate records and learning new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills – Strong written and spoken English, a professional telephone manner and the confidence to ask questions, seek clarification and communicate openly with the team.
- Strong administration and organisational skills – Excellent attention to detail, good numerical ability and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment – As a growing business, priorities and workflows continue to evolve. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with variety, can adapt quickly and remains calm and productive when working under pressure.
- A flexible and proactive approach – This role will involve a range of responsibilities depending on business needs. One day may involve assisting with client paperwork, CRM administration and financial planning tasks, while another may involve supporting business projects, operations or marketing activities. We are looking for someone who is willing to contribute wherever needed.
- A positive and growth-focused mindset – Someone who is open to feedback, willing to learn, comfortable asking questions and excited to take on additional responsibilities as their skills develop.
