Marketing VA for Online Coaching Business (Automations, Copywriting, Ad Strategy) - Room to Grow
Confidential employer
I partner with online coaching/course businesses and I'm looking for a versatile VA to help grow them. Someone who understands how coaching businesses actually get and convert leads, not just general admin support.
This role starts part-time (approx 20 hours/week) but is built to expand. If you're good, this grows with you, more hours, more responsibility, more ownership over the marketing engine.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting marketing execution across the business — funnels, email /SMS sequences, webinar/launch logistics
- Building and maintaining automations ( ---------- , Zapier, or similar — if this, then that thinking, not just following a template)
- Writing copy — email s, ad copy, landing page copy, social captions — in a tone that sounds human, not AI-generated
- Coming up with creative strategy and hook ideas for ads — you should be able to look at what's working (and what's not) and suggest new angles, not just execute someone else's brief
- General day-to-day operational support as needed — this business moves fast, and priorities shift
Bonus skills (big plus, not required):
- Editing video ads (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) — even basic cutting/hook-editing skill is valuable
- Experience specifically inside the coaching/course/info-product space — you understand webinars, evergreen funnels, launches, and how these businesses make money
You should apply if:
- You've worked with or deeply understand online coaching, course, or info-product businesses — this isn't your first time seeing a webinar funnel
- You can write copy that converts, and you understand why it works, not just how to format it
- You have real automation experience ( ---------- /Zapier) — you can build a workflow independently, not just follow a tutorial
- You think like a marketer, not just a task-executor — you'll be expected to suggest ideas, not just wait for instructions
- You're reliable, communicate clearly in written English, and can manage your own priorities with minimal oversight
- You're looking for a role that can grow — this isn't meant to stay a small part-time gig if it's a good fit on both sides
To apply:
Start your application with the word harbor in the subject line — this tells me you read the full post. Applications without it will not be considered.
Please include:
- Your experience with coaching/course/info-product businesses specifically (if any)
- A copywriting sample — an email , ad, or landing page you've written (or a link)
- Your ---------- /Zapier experience — describe one automation you've built
- Any video editing examples, if applicable
- Your availability and desired rate to start part-time
Looking forward to hearing from you.
