Google Ads Specialist (Lead Generation)

We're looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to help grow Penguin Party Rentals by generating qualified leads through Google Ads.

We are not looking for someone who simply creates campaigns. We want someone who understands lead generation, optimization, and maximizing return on ad spend.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Google Search campaigns
• Optimize campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Improve Quality Scores
• Perform keyword research
• Create ad groups and compelling ad copy
• Manage negative keywords
• Optimize bidding strategies
• Improve conversion rates
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking
• Use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
• Monitor search terms and continuously optimize campaigns
• Recommend landing page improvements
• Provide weekly performance updates
