Property Management VA (UK Morning Shift)

The working hours for this role are 8:15 AM – 4:15 PM UK time (3:15 PM – 11:15 PM Philippine time), six days a week with Thursdays off.

We are a UK-based short-term rental company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to join our team. You will play a key role in keeping our properties running smoothly, managing guest communications, coordinating with cleaning teams, and ensuring our listings are always up to date.

This is a long-term position with a stable salary and a great opportunity to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and tenant inquiries, including same-day booking requests
• Address inquiries from potential and current tenants
• Create and manage custom promotions on rental platforms
• Update property listings regularly
• Manage reservations, edit automated messages, and enter direct bookings
• Coordinate maintenance issues with relevant parties
• Manage and liaise with cleaning companies across multiple locations, primarily via WhatsApp
• Ensure properties are cleaned and ready for tenants as per schedules
• Monitor platform alerts and forward relevant information to the team
• Manage inventory of essential supplies, placing orders when necessary
• Monitor Ring doorbells and lock batteries, ensuring timely replacements
• Assist with direct property inquiries, follow-up email s, and booking reports

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written English - clear, professional, and friendly
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities without constant supervision
• Must be fully comfortable working 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM Philippine time - please only apply if this works for your lifestyle
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment
• Experience with short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb, ---------- , or VRBO is a strong advantage
• Prior VA or BPO experience in hospitality or property is a strong advantage
• Calm under pressure - guest situations that need quick, confident decisions can arise at any time

Payout: $630/month (equivalent to £475 GBP)
