Short-Form Video Editor (TikTok, Instagram & Facebook) – Long-Term Opportunity

We’re building a team of experienced short-form video editors to help grow multiple social media brands. This is a long-term opportunity for editors who understand viral content and want consistent work.

We are hiring 5 editors immediately.

What You’ll Do

• Edit long-form content into engaging short-form videos.
• Repurpose existing content and improve it with your own editing style and creativity.
• Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook .
• Produce approximately 5 videos per platform each day (15 total).
• Optimize each video specifically for the platform it’s being posted on.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience editing viral short-form content.
• Excellent storytelling and pacing.
• Ability to create strong hooks that keep viewers watching.
• Knowledge of current TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook trends.
• Reliable, creative, and able to meet daily deadlines.
• Able to work independently without training.

Important

This is NOT a copy-and-paste editing job.

Each platform performs differently, and we expect every video to be optimized for its intended audience. That means adjusting captions, hooks, pacing, text placement, timing, and overall editing style to maximize performance on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook .

We’re looking for editors who understand why videos go viral—not editors who simply trim clips.

Trial Period

Finalists will complete a one-week trial to make sure we’re a good fit for each other.

If you’re hired, your trial week will be fully paid.

• The editing software you use (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Your expected monthly salary or hourly rate

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience and the quality of your work. We are looking for long-term tea ---------- mbers and are willing to pay accordingly for the right candidates.
