YouTube Video Editor (Long-Term | 2 Videos Per Week)

I'm looking for a long-term YouTube video editor to help me produce 2 videos per week for my real estate investing channel.

The style I'm looking for is clean, professional, and engaging. I don't want flashy transitions or over-the-top editing. The goal is to improve viewer retention while keeping the videos feeling natural and authentic.
