Digital Marketing Specialist, Meta Ads and Shopify

We are hiring a digital marketing specialist to manage and grow two online businesses, a window cleaning service and an ecommerce store. The primary responsibility is building and launching high converting ad campaigns, with a minimum of five new ad creatives produced daily using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Higgsfield or similar design software. Alongside ad creation, you will redesign two professional Shopify websites, one for each business, ensuring clean design, smooth navigation, and conversion focused layouts. You will manage social media presence and meta ads, working to grow audience reach, boost engagement, and increase sales across both platforms. Experience with marketing automation tools such as Zapier is a bonus but not required. The right candidate is data driven, creative, and comfortable testing and optimising ad performance daily. We will also give the selected candidate access to a course paid for by the team to grow there knowledge on Meta Ads and to increase more sales.
