We're an AI-powered SaaS agency that builds systems, not just campaigns. We're looking for a sharp digital marketer based in the Philippines who understands how Meta and Google algorithms actually work — and uses data to back up every decision.

This is a long-term, full remote role with real room to grow. We start at 4 hours a day, and if you deliver, the scope expands. You MUST hit the project deadlines in an efficient manner.

What you'll do:
Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Track performance metrics and adjust budgets based on real data
Kill what isn't working. Scale what is.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up research, copy, and reporting
Bring ideas — not just execution

You're a fit if you:
Have run Meta or Google Ads campaigns before (personal projects count)
Can look at campaign data and know what it's telling you
Already use AI tools as part of how you work
Research fast and think independently
Can explain why something worked, not just that it did

The details:
$5.00–$7.00 USD/hr based on experience and skills
4 hrs/day to start · 6 days/week · Monday–Saturday (EST hours)
100% remote — work from home
