About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic, search rankings, and online visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and audience segmentation.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms, including Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and advertising platform dashboards.
  • Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and lead generation.
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, email s, and website content to maximize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and other stakeholders to develop marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns achieve target ROI and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing channels.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic website and email customization.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, eCommerce, or agency environments.
