Sales Development Rep (VOICE) — US Skincare Brand · Night Shift · Top Pay

We’re Bambu Earth, a US natural-skincare company selling to professional estheticians and spas. We’re hiring a full-time SDR to be the first voice our prospects hear.

What you’ll do: Call new inquiries within minutes of sign-up (warm inbound — these people asked to hear from us). Have real conversations with beauty professionals about their business. Send them product samples (you’ll place the order live on the call). Book meetings for our senior consultant. Help process orders and handle text conversations.

You: Excellent spoken English with real VOICE campaign experience for US companies (not chat/email support). Confident, warm, organized. Big plus if you have spa, esthetics, or beauty industry background — our customers are estheticians. Night shift (US Eastern hours), Mon–Fri.

Setup required: Fiber 50Mbps+ (speed-test screenshot with application), backup internet, backup power, quiet workspace.

Pay: $1,000–1,200/month depending on experience + performance bonus + internet allowance + 13th month. Long-term role with growth as our team scales.
