We're looking for a high-performing closer who thrives on building relationships, analyzing deals, and helping homeowners find the best solutions. If you're positive, persuasive, and experienced in U.S. real estate investing, we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation
$10–$11/hour (based on experience)
Tiered commissions starting at $300 per closed deal

What You'll Do
As our Acquisitions Manager, you'll own the entire acquisition process—from the initial seller conversation through contract execution.

Your responsibilities include:
Handle inbound and outbound seller calls from initial contact through closing.
Build trust and rapport with homeowners while identifying their needs.
Underwrite investment opportunities and determine property values.
Analyze comparable sales, estimate ARV, repair costs, and investment potential.
Prepare and present purchase offers.
Negotiate contracts with motivated sellers.
Maintain accurate records in REsimpli CRM.
Ensure all follow-ups are completed on time.
Coordinate with title companies, contractors, and internal tea ---------- mbers.
Keep the acquisitions pipeline organized and moving efficiently.

Required Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience working for a U.S.-based real estate investing company (required)
Experience handling acquisitions from new lead to signed contract
Strong underwriting experience
Knowledge of wholesale, fix-and-flip, and buy-and-hold investing
Ability to analyze comparable sales (comps), ARV, repair estimates, and investment returns
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to build rapport quickly and genuinely connect with homeowners
Positive, confident, and professional attitude
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable computer and high-speed internet

Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: Off

Week B
Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

There is a one-hour unpaid lunch break Monday through Friday.
