NovixelAI is a US-based AI company. We help American service businesses — roofing, HVAC, plumbing, healthcare clinics and more — respond to every call, text and web form within seconds using AI, so they never lose a customer to a competitor again.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming leads: respond fast, qualify them, and book appointments
• Follow up with prospects until they convert — persistence matters here
• Run our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, Threads)
• Create and schedule content: short-form videos, captions, graphics
• Keep our CRM clean and up to date

What we're looking for

• Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be talking to American business owners directly
• Real sales experience, ideally B2B. You're comfortable hearing "no" and following up anyway
• Hands-on social media and content creation experience — show us accounts you've run
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and availability during US business hours
• Self-starter. We're a small team and you'll own your work

Nice to have
Video editing (CapCut / Premiere), experience with US home-service or healthcare businesses, Canva.
