About the Role

NOW HIRING FOR MULTIPLE POSITIONS: Transaction Coordinators (Remote | Full-Time) – ClosePoint USA LLC

ClosePoint USA LLC, a 27-year established real estate settlement and title company based in New Jersey, is expanding its Transaction Coordinator Division and is hiring multiple tea ---------- mbers to support U.S.-based Realtors.

We manage transactions across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida and are looking for disciplined, detail-driven professionals who know how to keep things tight, organized, and moving forward.

You'll work with real estate agents to provide administrative support that keeps transactions compliant, tracks key dates and milestones, and ensures successful closing and prompt payment of commission at their conclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage files in Dotloop
  • Prepare listing documents for seller side transactions
  • Prepare contracts, addenda and other real estate documents per agent instructions or as called for in a transaction
  • Track and upload pre-approvals, EMDs, and loan commitments
  • Identify and accurately document all parties to a real estate transaction: attorneys, lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, etc
  • Monitor deadlines (inspection, attorney review, mortgage, closing)
  • Manage data entry and documents in SkySlope; communicate and resolve compliance gaps that delay broker approval of files
  • Order title services and manage HOA documentation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate transaction coordination (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida experience preferred but not required)
  • College degree required (Business, Legal, or Accounting)
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions at once
  • Background in document management or administrative support
  • Reliable remote work setup
  • Familiarity with Dotloop, SkySlope, MLS systems
  • Experience with eXp Realty compliance and forms a plus

Assessment Required
All applicants must complete an assessment to evaluate:

  • Communication skills
  • Organizational ability
  • Understanding of U.S. real estate transaction flow

Compensation & Growth

  • $6.00/hour starting rate (first 90 days)
  • Performance evaluation at 90 days
  • Possibly increase after evaluation for top performers
  • Higher rates possible for candidates working weekend hours
