Strategix Staffing is looking for a licensed Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) to support a U.S.-based 24/7 non-skilled home care agency as a Registered Nurse Virtual Assistant.

What You'll Do
Review clinical documentation and perform chart audits for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with reviewing and maintaining client Plans of Care (POCs).
Coordinate patient and client scheduling, caregiver assignments, and appointments.
Support recruitment activities, including applicant screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.
Provide administrative support, data entry, reporting, and document management.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.

Qualifications
Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PRC) License.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Minimum of 1 year of nursing or healthcare-related experience.
Healthcare Virtual Assistant experience is an advantage.
Experience with clinical documentation, chart auditing, care plan management, and scheduling is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, EMR/EHR systems, and virtual communication platforms.
Able to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
Must have a reliable computer and high-speed, stable internet connection.
