We are The Window Valet, a fast-growing luxury window treatment company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We specialize in custom blinds, shades, shutters, motorized shades, exterior screens, awnings, and drapery.

Unlike most dealers, we manufacture many of our own products, giving us complete control over quality, pricing, and customer experience.

We are building something much bigger than a traditional window treatment company.

Our goal is to create the most advanced GoHighLevel system in the window treatment industry and eventually offer this complete platform to dealers across North America.

This is not just another virtual assistant position.

You will own the entire CRM ecosystem.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel expert who can take complete ownership of our CRM, automation, AI systems, integrations, reporting, and customer journey.

You should think like a business owner, not just a technician.

Our expectation is that you will continuously improve our systems, identify opportunities, automate repetitive tasks, and build a world-class customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Own our GoHighLevel account

Design and build advanced workflows

Create and optimize sales pipelines

Build automated email and SMS campaigns

Implement AI chat and AI voice assistants

Manage calendars and appointment automation

Create review generation campaigns

Develop customer reactivation campaigns

Create referral campaigns

Build executive dashboards

Develop KPI reporting

Optimize lead routing

Improve conversion rates

Reduce manual work through automation

Integrate third-party software

Test and troubleshoot workflows

Continuously improve every customer touchpoint
