Full-Cycle Credit Dispute Specialist | Credit Repair | Remote

Hey — I'm Jamal Ellis, founder of Better Credit Challenge. We help everyday Americans remove negatives from their credit so they can finally get approved for homes, cars, and businesses. We're scaling fast over the next 90 days, and I need a disputer who's precise, fast, and takes real ownership of client files.

This isn't a "fill out a template and send it" job. You'll own the full dispute lifecycle for your assigned clients — from intake and credit report analysis, to drafting round-specific dispute letters, to tracking bureau/creditor responses, to escalating when they stall. Every file is a real person trying to fix their credit. Treat it that way.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pull and analyze client credit reports across all three bureaus
Draft accurate, client-specific dispute letters (no generic copy-paste)
Track every round in our CRM — dates sent, responses, outcomes
Flag files that need escalation or a different dispute strategy
Follow FCRA/CROA-compliant practices at all times — no shortcuts, no fabricated disputes
Hit weekly KPIs (round volume, turnaround time, accuracy)
Call credit bureaus (EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX, and TRANSUNION) to remove inquiries on the report

WHAT WE PAY
$600/mo USD base (PH) for your first 90 days — paid biweekly via Wise
Automatic base increase after 90 days to $700/mo (PH) if you pass your review
First 90 days is a genuine ramp period — we're building your skill and speed, not just watching a clock

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
1+ years in credit repair disputing or closely related back-office work
Strong written English — this is a writing-heavy, detail-heavy role
50+ Mbps internet, quiet workspace
Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM Eastern Time availability
