Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator - Accounting Firm
Confidential employer
About Us
JADDE Financial Solutions is a virtual, flat-fee bookkeeping and Client Advisory Services firm based in the US, serving small to mid-size businesses. Our marketing is focused on specific target industries, so we're looking for someone who can adapt content and messaging to a defined niche audience rather than generic small-business marketing.
About the Role
We're looking for a social media and marketing specialist who can own our content calendar, post consistently across platforms, and help generate leads from our target industries. This isn't a "post and pray" role — we want someone who understands lead generation end-to-end, from sourcing lists to managing them in a CRM to converting them through content.
Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook , and Instagram
Repurpose existing content (blog posts, webinar clips, case studies) into platform-specific posts
Manage and optimize a content calendar aligned to our target industry audiences
Source and build targeted lead lists (purchased lists, list-building tools, LinkedIn/web research, industry directories, etc.)
Manage leads and pipeline stages in our CRM (Pipedrive and/or GoHighLevel)
Support lead generation efforts tied to social content (lead magnets, gated content, follow-up sequences)
Set up and manage email /SMS follow-up campaigns within GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation tools
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely, on-brand way
Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, click-throughs, lead-to-pipeline conversion) and report monthly
Assist with occasional graphic creation using templates (Canva or similar)
Stay current on platform best practices and flag new tools or opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media for a B2B or professional services brand
Hands-on experience with a CRM — Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or similar — including moving leads through pipeline stages
Experience purchasing or building lead lists from third-party providers, and/or list-building through LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
Familiarity with marketing automation/software tools (email sequencing, SMS, landing pages — GoHighLevel experience a strong plus)
Strong written English — clear, professional, no fluff
Comfortable with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva)
Reliable internet, self-directed, communicates proactively without needing to be micromanaged
Available for a weekly 30-min check-in call
Nice to Have
SEO experience a plus
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outbound social prospecting
Experience marketing to niche B2B audiences or specialized industries
Experience with any additional marketing tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier)
How to Apply

In your application, please include:
1. Links to 2-3 social media accounts/pages you've managed (with results, if possible)
2. Which CRM(s) and lead-sourcing methods you've used, with a brief example
3. Your answer to this: If you were marketing a professional services business to a very specific target industry, what's one thing you'd do differently than a general small-business content strategy?
4. Your available hours per week
