We are a digital marketing company/agency managing paid social advertising for clients in [industry/niche]. We're looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist who is confident handling significant monthly ad spend and knows how to optimize budget allocation for maximum return.

What You'll Do

Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads accounts with monthly budgets of [insert range, e.g., $10,000–$50,000+]
Plan and execute campaigns across Facebook , Instagram, and Audience Network
Monitor spend pacing, CPA, and ROAS to ensure budget efficiency
Adjust bidding strategies and budget allocation based on performance data
Run creative and audience A/B tests to improve results
Set up and manage Facebook Pixel and Conversions API for accurate tracking
Identify opportunities to scale spend without sacrificing profitability
Prepare clear performance reports with budget breakdowns and recommendations

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing Facebook Ads accounts with sizable budgets
Strong understanding of budget pacing, bid strategies, and spend optimization
Proven track record of managing ad spend efficiently (please share examples/results)
Proficiency with Facebook Pixel, Conversions API, and Ads Manager reporting

Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
