WordPress & SEO Virtual Assistant (Xagio Expert) — Full-Time / Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who is thoroughly experienced with Xagio (WordPress plugin & Project Planner dashboard).

You will be responsible for managing on-page SEO, keyword clustering, schema generation, content silos, and centralizing site management across our WordPress properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Xagio Management: Handle keyword research, clustering, and Project Planner organization within Xagio.
• On-Page SEO Optimization: Optimize meta titles, descriptions, H1s, and URL structures using Xagio’s AI and manual workflows.

•Schema & Silos: Implement structured schema markup and set up physical/virtual content silos.
•Site Audits & Tracking: Run ranking audits, set up 301 redirects/404 monitoring, and track keyword performance.
•WordPress Publishing: Format and publish blog posts, landing pages, and optimize images/internal links.

Requirements:
??Proven experience using Xagio for WordPress SEO (please highlight this in your application).
??Strong understanding of modern on-page SEO principles (keyword grouping, search intent, metadata, internal linking).
?? Solid hands-on experience with WordPress (Gutenberg / Elementor / general admin).
