THE ROLE
As a FP&A Analyst, you’ll help the business understand its financial performance by analyzing results, forecasting future performance, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Actual vs. Budget and Forecast variance analysis.
• Accrual analysis and month-end financial support.
• Profitability analysis by customer, facility, transportation lane, and revenue source.
• Business performance analysis with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Strong business partnering experience with Operations and executive leadership.
• Comfortable handling ad hoc executive requests, including deep dives into underperforming facilities, customers, or operational initiatives.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.

WHO YOU ARE

• Studied Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial modeling, FP&A, or similar finance roles
• Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams
• Bonus points if you worked at the Big 4 (not required)
