Outbound Appointment Setter — US Commercial Cleaning

Salary: $4.00/hour + $10 per client that signs from your calls

Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00pm–5:00am Philippine time (US Eastern business hours)

We're a US commercial cleaning company in Washington DC / Virginia / Maryland and San Diego. We're hiring 2–3 VAs to call local businesses and open conversations about their cleaning.

You are not closing deals on the phone. Your job on each call: find out who handles cleaning, get their name and email , and where it fits, book a free walkthrough. Our team does the quoting and closing.

What you'll do

Call businesses from a list we provide — loaded into our system, one at a time, no hunting for numbers
Get past reception to the person who signs off on cleaning
Capture their name, email , and details: size of the space, who cleans it now, when their contract ends
Log every call honestly — eight one-click outcomes, no spreadsheets

Requirements

Clear, confident, neutral-accent spoken English — this is the part we can't train
Previous outbound or appointment-setting experience, preferably B2B
Quiet workspace and a headset
Reliable internet, 10 Mbps+ with a backup
Able to work the night shift listed above. Please only apply if that genuinely works for you.
A few things we don't do: no quoting prices on the phone, no pretending we already work with someone's neighbours, no arguing with anyone who asks not to be called again.
