Trading Community Growth & Member Success Coordinator

Isla Capital is building a premium Trading Signal Intelligence Desk and we're looking for someone to help grow and support our trading and education community.

This is not a technical development role. Instead, you'll help attract new members, manage our ---------- and Telegram communities, create engaging content, and ensure members have a professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Grow our ---------- and Telegram communities
• Engage with members and answer general questions
• Help promote the Signal Intelligence Desk across social media and trading communities
• Create community posts and announcements
• Build relationships with potential strategic partners and affiliates
• Support member onboarding and retention
• Work closely with our analysts and automation team

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has knowledge of Forex or prop firm trading (or any type of investment markets)
• Has experience managing online communities ( ---------- , Telegram , Facebook , etc.)
• Communicates professionally and consistently
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Enjoys building communities and helping businesses grow

Communication is extremely important in this role. We're looking for someone who provides regular updates, follows through on commitments, and communicates proactively.
