About the Role:
Walters Supply Co. (WSC) is a growing eBay reselling operation. We're looking for experienced VAs who can handle the full listing pipeline from start to finish — not just drafting, but scheduling and cross-listing too. This is a performance-based role: you're paid per completed, error-free listing, so the more accurate and efficient you are, the more you earn.

You must be able to do ALL THREE of the following:

Create clean eBay drafts — accurate titles, categories, item specifics, condition notes, and pricing based on our provided SOP
Schedule listings — properly timed uploads following our listing calendar/workflow
Cross-list using Nifty — push listings from eBay to Mercari, Depop, and Poshmark accurately, keeping details consistent across platforms

Requirements:

Prior experience as an eBay listing VA (please specify how long and how many listings/month)
Familiarity with Nifty (or willingness to prove fast learning — screen recording of a practice listing preferred)
Strong attention to detail — listings with errors (wrong category, missing specifics, price mistakes, broken cross-listings) are not paid
Reliable internet and availability for consistent daily/weekly output
Able to follow a documented SOP and SKU/bag-numbering system without hand-holding

Pay Structure:

$0.30–$0.50 per fully successful listing (rate depends on experience/speed after a short trial period)
Paid only for listings that are complete, accurate, and error-free across all three stages (draft ? drafted, scheduled ? cross-listed)
Paid via PayPal
