Social Media & Community Growth Virtual Assistant

5–10 Hours/Week to Start | Long-Term Growth Potential
I am a U.S.-based Speech-Language Pathologist growing a healthcare education business and am looking for a highly independent Social Media & Community Growth VA.

I need someone who can take our existing products, educational materials, website, brand messaging, and business direction and turn them into consistent social media content and organic audience growth.

I am not looking for someone who needs me to write every post.

Primary Responsibilities
Create social media content from existing business materials
Repurpose one piece of content into multiple posts
Write captions and social copy in an established brand voice
Create simple graphics when needed
Develop and maintain a weekly posting schedule
Post consistently across designated social platforms
Research relevant Facebook groups and online communities
Read and follow each group's rules
Post organically where appropriate
Engage professionally in relevant discussions
Respond to basic nonclinical questions and comments
Refer clinical or medical questions to me
Track where and when content was posted
Monitor engagement, clicks, downloads, leads, and sales when available
Identify which topics, posts, and communities perform best
Provide a simple weekly performance summary
Organic Community Growth

What I Need
Excellent written English
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong judgment
Ability to work independently
Experience with organic social media and IG/Facebook groups
Ability to create content from existing source material
Comfortable using AI responsibly for content development and repurposing
Comfortable with Canva or similar design tools
Strong organizational and tracking skills
Ability to analyze basic performance data and adjust accordingly

Experience with healthcare, speech therapy, caregivers, education, digital products, Gumroad, MailerLite, or subscription businesses is a strong plus.
