E-commerce Account Manager / Coach — Remote, Long-term, Up to $4k/mo

We are hiring an Account Manager/Coach to work directly with our paying clients and guide them to success.

This is a long-term, full-time, fully remote role.

What You'll Do:

• Manage 30-50 active client accounts at a time.
• Run weekly 1-on-1 coaching calls (Zoom) with clients building and growing their Shopify stores.
• Review client stores, ad accounts, and product strategies, providing clear and actionable feedback.
• Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact clients trust week after week.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Loom AI to increase productivity and improve client outcomes.
• Handle escalations and difficult conversations with professionalism, confidence, and empathy.
• Document all client interactions, progress, and action items in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Assist clients in implementing strategies taught within our programs.
• Track client progress and help ensure successful execution of action plans.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent written and spoken English is a MUST. You will be on Zoom calls with US-based clients daily, so strong communication skills are non-negotiable.
• 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, coaching, client services, or a related role.
• Experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, e-commerce operations, or digital marketing is highly preferred (or the ability to learn quickly).
• Comfortable being on camera and leading Zoom calls multiple times per week.
• Highly organized and capable of managing 30+ client accounts without letting details slip through the cracks.
• High empathy combined with accountability—you can celebrate wins while also delivering constructive feedback when needed.
• Familiar with AI tools, Canva, CapCut, and ElevenLabs. We can teach the ad creation and creative repurposing process, but you should be comfortable working with modern digital tools.
• Extremely detail-oriented and careful with execution, especially when working inside client ad accounts and business assets.
• Comfortable communicating through Slack and collaborating with tea ---------- mbers remotely.
• Able to work from a strong and stable Facebook profile/account that can be added to multiple client assets and ad accounts.
• Reliable laptop, fast internet connection, and a quiet professional workspace.
• You actively use AI tools to improve your productivity and effectiveness.
