Virtual Assistant – Outbound Calls (Hotel Partnerships, US B2B)

Type: Full-time / Part-time · Remote · US business hours (EST)
Pay: $4/hour + $10 bonus for every hotel that signs a partnership from your leads.

About us
GovStay (Paragon Government Solutions LLC) places U.S. government and military travelers into partner hotels. We’re expanding our hotel network across Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, and San Diego, and we need VAs to call hotels and open partnerships.

What you’ll do
? Call hotels (GM or Director of Sales) and pitch the partnership: steady, pre-paid government demand — stays from 3–5 nights up to monthly — at negotiated rates within the federal per diem.
? Handle objections professionally and capture the decision-maker’s name, title, and email .
? Log every call in our web portal (we train you on it) — one click updates the hotel’s status.
? Send the partnership overview email to interested hotels right from the portal.

Requirements
? Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent (phone role — a voice recording is required).
? Prior cold-calling / appointment-setting / sales experience (hotel, hospitality, or B2B a plus).
? Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet (backup internet a plus).
? Comfortable working US EST hours. Organized, coachable, and honest — you’ll log outcomes accurately.

How we onboard
You get a login to our portal and complete a short training module + certification exam built into it. Your call desk unlocks once you pass. The script, hotel list, and objection handling are all in the tool.
