Outbound Caller VA (Part-Time, Follow-Up Calls)

We're hiring a reliable Outbound Caller to handle follow-up calls for one of our clients. This is a low-hour, high-consistency role — you'll work two short windows a day to keep leads warm and moving forward. If you have a great phone voice, love talking to people, and are dependable with your schedule, we'd love to hear from you.

• Responsibilities

*Make outbound follow-up calls to leads/prospects during the two scheduled daily windows
*Accurately log call outcomes and notes after each call
*Maintain a friendly, professional, and confident phone manner
*Communicate promptly with the team about call results, blockers, or scheduling issues
*Flag qualified or interested leads for the next step in the process

-Requirements

*Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or follow-up calls
*Excellent spoken English with a clear, pleasant phone voice
*Real estate industry experience is a big plus
*Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional calling environment
*Own headset/microphone for clear call audio
*Strong attendance and responsiveness — this role depends on being reachable during the scheduled windows
*Prior experience working as a VA for a US-based client or agency is a plus
