We're looking for a true GoHighLevel (GHL) expert—not just someone who knows how to create campaigns.

If you're the person everyone goes to when something technical needs to be built inside GHL, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As our GoHighLevel Automation & Technical Specialist, you'll be responsible for setting up and optimizing our GHL accounts.

Your responsibilities include:

Building and configuring GoHighLevel accounts
Creating advanced workflows and automations
Setting up pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, and opportunities
Connecting GHL with third-party platforms using webhooks, APIs, Zapier, ---------- , and other integration tools
Troubleshooting technical issues within GHL
Setting up email , SMS, voi cemail , and communication automations
Configuring custom values, triggers, tags, and user permissions
Building scalable systems that improve business operations
Maintaining and optimizing existing automations
Working closely with our team to implement new ideas and improve processes
Required Skills

We're looking for someone who has:

Advanced GoHighLevel experience (not beginner level)
Strong understanding of GHL workflows and automation logic
Experience integrating GHL with external platforms
Experience using Zapier, ---------- , APIs, or webhooks
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with AI automation tools such as ChatGPT and Claude AI
Ability to build AI-assisted workflows and automate business processes
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and recommend improvements

Experience with any of the following is a huge plus:

OpenAI API
Claude API
Twilio
RingCentral
Google Workspace
CRM migrations
SaaS mode
Snapshot creation
Custom CSS/HTML inside GHL
JavaScript knowledge
Insurance industry experience
We're NOT Looking For

This role is not for someone who only:

Creates email campaigns
Builds funnels using templates
Sets up basic marketing sequences

We're looking for someone who understands the technical side of GoHighLevel and can build complex automation systems and integrations.
