We create professional visual content that helps businesses showcase their products, services, and stories through social media, websites, and digital marketing.

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to become a long-term partner in our post-production workflow.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong creative eye, understands storytelling, and can take professionally captured footage and transform it into polished, engaging final videos.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Edit short-form videos primarily for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
Edit brand videos, promotional content, behind-the-scenes content, and commercial-style videos
Take organized footage and turn it into polished final edits
Review and organize raw footage when needed
Work with professional camera footage, including LOG footage and multicamera projects
Perform color correction and basic color grading
Select appropriate music and sound effects
Add captions, text overlays, and simple motion graphics
Export videos optimized for different platforms
Organize project files and maintain clean editing workflows
Apply feedback and revisions efficiently
Match Dacoge Media's existing editing style while bringing your own creative judgment
YOU'D BE A GREAT FIT IF
You are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
You have experience editing professional video footage
You understand pacing, storytelling, and what makes content engaging
You have experience working with short-form content
You can follow creative direction and reference examples
You have a strong artistic eye
You are organized and detail-oriented
You communicate clearly and consistently
You take ownership of projects and solve problems independently
You can manage deadlines and deliver work on time

You are someone who:

Does not need constant supervision after receiving direction
Can take a creative brief and execute independently
Pays attention to small details
Understands that good editing is about storytelling, not just cutting clips
Is willing to learn and adapt to Dacoge Media's workflow
Wants a long-term relationship with a growing creative company

Experience with food, restaurants, hospitality, product, construction, or commercial content is a plus.
