Operations Associate

We're looking for an Operations Associate at a ticket brokerage to help run day-to-day execution across pricing, fulfillment, and inventory management. Experience in the ticket brokering world or a similar space is preferred.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with major room for growth. We're invested in helping you succeed and advance as our operation expands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in team management
• Strong background in e-commerce, ticket brokering, or a similar space
• Excellent English, written and spoken
• Power user of Google Sheets / Excel
• Process-driven mindset — you naturally document and improve workflows
• Reliable internet and availability during US business hours

What We Offer:

• $10–$15/hour USD based on experience, with performance-based raises

• Full-time hours during US business hours (EST/CST/PST overlap)
