Remote Contract Position — Philippines
Diamonds & Caviar Marketing is a Canadian marketing agency helping businesses attract the right customers through strategic, targeted and professionally produced social-media content.
We are seeking an experienced Philippines-based Social Media Content Production Specialist to support the creation of content for multiple client brands.
This is not a general virtual-assistant position. We are looking for someone with proven experience producing polished, strategic and platform-ready social-media content.
Responsibilities
Create professional social-media graphics, carousels, stories, Reels and short-form videos.
Transform detailed creative briefs into content that reflects each client’s brand, audience, campaign objective and call to action.
Edit raw photos and videos into engaging content for Instagram, Facebook , TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
Write or refine captions using the client’s approved brand voice.
Create content variations for different platforms and audience segments.
Organize content within monthly content calendars.
Complete revisions accurately and professionally.
Maintain organized client folders, source files and final exported content.
Follow agency confidentiality, quality-control and approval procedures.
Required Experience
At least three years of professional social-media content creation or digital marketing experience.
A strong portfolio containing real work completed for businesses or organizations.
Advanced ability with Canva Pro.
Strong short-form video-editing ability using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable software.
Excellent written English and the ability to adapt writing for Canadian and North American audiences.
A clear understanding of target audiences, hooks, calls to action, content pillars and platform-specific formatting.
Ability to follow detailed creative briefs without ignoring instructions or replacing the approved strategy with personal preferences.
Reliable internet access and the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
Strongly Preferred
Experience working with a marketing agency or managing content for multiple brands.
Experience with hospitality, tourism, events, professional services, real estate or local businesses.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social-media scheduling tools.
Basic understanding of performance metrics, including reach, engagement, clicks, conversions and audience retention.
Experience working with shared folders, project-management systems and documented approval processes.
Important Role Boundaries
Diamonds & Caviar Marketing manages all client relationships, marketing strategy and final approvals.
The successful contractor will initially work only with the agency team and will not communicate directly with clients unless specifically authorized.
All client information, source files, brand materials and agency processes must remain confidential.
