TikTok Shop Content and Operations Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Content and Operations Assistant based in the Philippines to support a US-based TikTok Shop.

The ideal candidate will help manage daily shop operations, product content, customer inquiries, affiliate coordination, and order monitoring. This is a remote, behind-the-scenes role. The shop owner will provide access to the necessary TikTok Shop accounts and tools.

Key Responsibilities
Create, upload, and update product listings in TikTok Shop Seller Center
Write clear and engaging product titles, descriptions, and captions
Upload product photos and videos
Review product information, pricing, inventory, and promotions
Monitor orders, shipping updates, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns
Assist with discount campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and shop promotions
Find and contact potential TikTok affiliates and content creators
Track affiliate invitations, sample requests, and content submissions
Help organize the shop’s content calendar
Assist with video ideas, scripts, captions, hashtags, and posting schedules
Monitor shop performance, reviews, sales, and customer feedback
Prepare simple daily or weekly reports
Coordinate with the US-based client, warehouse, creators, and other tea ---------- mbers
Perform other TikTok Shop administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Strong written and spoken English
Organized, dependable, and attentive to details
Comfortable working with online platforms and learning new tools
Familiarity with TikTok, social media, e-commerce, or online selling
Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools
Able to follow written procedures and meet deadlines
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Stable internet connection and reliable computer
Willing to work during agreed US business hours when necessary

Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, affiliate marketing, customer service, content creation, or e-commerce operations is preferred but not required.
