We're currently focused on experienced Video Editors who specialize in:

UGC (User-Generated Content)
Direct Response Ads
VSL (Video Sales Letters)
AI-Generated Content (Kling, Veo, Sora, Higgsfield, HeyGen, and similar tools)

You could be a strong fit if you:

Have real experience editing performance-driven content for ecommerce or DTC brands
Understand hooks, pacing, retention, and ad storytelling
Can work confidently with AI-generated footage, talking heads, and b-roll
Have a portfolio built around ads made to convert, not just look nice

Please don't apply if:

You don't have a portfolio or samples to show
Your editing background is mainly weddings, corporate, or long-form YouTube content with no ad/performance experience
You're looking for a one-time gig rather than ongoing client work

Quick note: we'll be opening up other creative roles down the line, but right now our priority is experienced ecommerce and performance video editors specifically. If your background is mostly in other editing niches, we'd love to reconnect once we expand.
