We are looking for a Certified Sage Intacct Accounting VA to join our growing team. If you are detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to skip the learning curve, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Platform Management: Handle daily data entry, transactions, and ledger updates specifically within Sage Intacct.
• Dimensional Accounting: Maintain data integrity across various dimensions (Location, Department, Project, etc.).
• Multi-Entity Workflow: Assist with inter-entity transactions and help streamline month-end closings.
• Core Accounting: Manage accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and bank reconciliations efficiently.
• Tech Collaboration: Work alongside our financial team and utilize modern integrations (e.g., ---------- , Expensify, CRMs) to keep data flowing smoothly.

What We Are Looking For:

• Certification: Active Sage Intacct Certification is a must (verification required).
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2+ years of hands-on experience actively working inside the Sage Intacct platform.
• Remote Pro: Strong communication skills, reliable internet, and a proven track record of working effectively in a remote team environment.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating project management and communication tools (like Slack, Zoom, or Google Workspace).
