Marketing Design Lead (Night-Shift)

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Design Lead to oversee the development of high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand and supports both digital and print marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead the creative direction and visual identity of the company across all marketing channels.
*Design marketing materials for digital and print campaigns.
*Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertising.
*Manage and mentor the design team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and brand consistency.
*Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Development teams to support business objectives.
*Develop creative concepts for product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
*Review and maintain the quality and consistency of all visual assets.
*Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and marketing best practices.

Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
*Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and marketing.
*Previous experience leading or mentoring a creative team.
*Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
*Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media content creation.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
*Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
*An up-to-date portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
