Sales Closer (Not for beginners)

We're hiring a Sales VA for a US-based home service business.

This is a role for someone hungry. We want a candidate who's motivated by results and shows up consistent day in and day out, not someone who coasts after a good week.

What we're looking for:

Proven sales experience, ideally in a similar VA or remote setting
Hungry: driven to hit targets and improve, not satisfied with "good enough"
Consistent: shows up and performs the same whether it's Monday or Friday, whether the week is hot or slow
Strong communication skills, comfortable following up and closing
Follows the client's sales process and scripts rather than winging it your own way
Calm under pressure, including with objections, rejection, or a demanding lead
Detail-oriented in your follow-up and CRM tracking. Nothing falls through the cracks
Comfortable asking for clarification rather than assuming and getting it wrong
Internally motivated. You don't need constant praise to keep pushing

Pay starts at $6/hr, with room to go higher based on experience. Benefits are discussed once an offer is made. You'll be matched with a US client, and hours vary by client timezone.
