Job Overview
Looking for a detail-focused specialist to handle credit disputes for clients, from intake to resolution. You'll work with sensitive personal and financial info daily, so accuracy and trust matter a lot here. The work follows a clear process once you learn it, but small mistakes can cause real problems for clients, so we need someone precise and dependable.

Responsibilities
Collect client documents and info through our intake form
Fill out dispute paperwork and file through official channels (CFPB, ---------- , and major bureau portals)
Manage client email and phone verification accounts
Track case status, log daily work, submit end-of-day reports
Join daily team check-ins

Requirements
Highly accurate, detail-oriented, no typos
Comfortable managing sensitive client info and accounts on their behalf
Self-starter, no micromanaging needed
Comfortable with Google Docs and Canva
Agree to time tracking software and daily reporting
Willing to sign NDA and related agreements

Highly Preferred
Leadership experience
AI tool experience (Claude, automation)

Nice to Have
Prior credit dispute experience (not required)
