We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist based in the Philippines to work directly with the business owner to establish a strong SEO strategy for our website and Amazon KDP books.

This is initially a setup, strategy, and training project. We are looking for someone who can assess our current SEO, make the necessary initial improvements, establish the right tools and processes, and then teach our Virtual Assistant (VA) how to manage the ongoing SEO work.

What You'll Do

Website SEO

• Conduct an SEO audit and identify technical issues
• Review and improve website structure, indexing, and other important technical SEO elements
• Conduct keyword research and develop a content strategy
• Optimize existing pages/articles
• Recommend and set up appropriate SEO tools
• Establish a clear process for optimizing and publishing future content
• Show us how to measure rankings, traffic, and SEO performance

Amazon KDP / Book SEO

• Research keywords and search terms
• Review and optimize book metadata, keywords, categories, and descriptions
• Research competitors and opportunities for better book discoverability
• Establish a repeatable process for optimizing future books

Training & Handover

After the initial setup, you will train our VA on the ongoing content SEO and basic SEO maintenance.

This may include:

• Keyword research and topic selection
• Optimizing articles and website content
• SEO titles, headings, meta descriptions, and internal linking
• Using SEO and AI tools
• Updating existing content
• Monitoring basic SEO performance
• Maintaining Amazon KDP listings according to the established strategy
• Knowing when an issue is technical and needs to be referred back to the SEO Specialist

Important: We are not looking for someone to turn our VA into a full SEO or technical SEO specialist. The specialist will remain responsible for complex technical SEO issues. The goal is to teach our VA a practical process for managing the ongoing content SEO and basic maintenance.

Who We're Looking For

• Philippines-based SEO professional
• Proven experience with SEO and keyword research
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience with Amazon KDP / Amazon SEO is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar
• Comfortable using or recommending AI tools for SEO
• Able to clearly explain and teach SEO processes
• Comfortable working directly with a business owner and training a VA

Compensation & Time

Rate: To be discussed based on experience and scope.
Hours: Flexible and to be discussed.
