The Team You’ll Join
You won’t be a lone editor on an island. We have a Creative Director setting the vision, a QA specialist reviewing work, a graphic designer, and a project manager keeping deadlines honest. We have a small team of 9 that you would make a great addition in! You’ll receive real briefs, real feedback, and people who care whether your work is good.

Role at a Glance
- Title: Video Editing Specialist (Full Time)
- Compensation: Starting $600/month USD, paid bi weekly via Wise
- Hours: 40 hrs/week, fully remote
- Reports to: Eric Munoz (Owner), Alberto Cordero (Creative Director - PH). Your work is also reviewed by our Creative Content QA Specialist before it reaches clients.
- Probation: Paid 2 week training period with one month probation, converting to full-time benefits on successful completion
- Schedule: Light flexibility, keep your deadlines. One mandatory weekly tea ---------- eting, Mondays at 9 AM PHT.
What You’ll Make
You’ll edit short form and long form projects for faith based organizations and purpose?led clients:
- Sermon Reels (short, social first clips)
- Sermon Cuts (longer excerpts for YouTube and web)
- Podcasts (video first, simple edits)
- Bumpers and Openers (series and welcome intros)
- Event Promos and Event Recaps
- Coach and small business content (training, VSLs, social)
On output: this is a full time seat, so we think in terms of a full day’s work rather than a quota. Volume shifts with complexity. Some days that’s a handful of simple to moderate reels; other days it’s one larger edit that takes your whole block. We’ll set expectations per project in the brief.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short form and long form video in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Apply clean motion basics: pacing, captions, light effects, tasteful transitions
- Source music and B roll from licensed libraries (we provide the subscriptions)
- Follow project briefs closely and keep style and tone aligned to each client
- Own your queue in Motion, our project?management tool: your tasks, your deadlines, your handoffs
- Upload exports, organize folders, archive projects properly
- Work with QA for quick, accurate revisions
- Communicate proactively in Chat and Motion comments

Requirements
- Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe CC proficiency ONLY, strong English comprehension
- Internet: Reliable connection, 50?Mbps down / 20 Mbps up minimum, plus a backup hotspot
- Hardware: Apple Silicon or i7/Ryzen?7, 16 GB+ RAM, SSD storage (2TB total working space recommended), dedicated GPU preferred
- Workflow: Comfortable with Google Drive, Motion (we train you), Loom and ---------- for reviews
- Communication: Daily check in and check out message, responsive in Chat during your work block, respectful of faith friendly content
Nice to Have
- After Effects fundamentals (lower thirds, simple animations)
- Ministry or church media experience
- Videography understanding
- Color grading experience

Process & Timeline
- We review applications as they come in
- Shortlist, then a possible short paid test, then an interview, then an offer
- Onboarding: paid 2 week on ramp training - 1 month probation
