GoHighLevel Solutions Engineer

We are looking for an elite GoHighLevel Solutions Engineer capable of independently building, configuring, troubleshooting, documenting, and improving client systems inside GoHighLevel.
If you require constant supervision, extensive training, step-by-step instructions, or frequent escalation of routine problems, this role is not a fit.
If you cannot confidently perform every major responsibility listed below today, do not apply.

Mission
You will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving complete client operating systems within GoHighLevel.
You will own outcomes, not tasks.
When a client says, “Something is broken,” you are expected to identify the root cause, implement the solution, verify functionality, document the fix, and communicate completion.

Workflow Automation
You must be able to build, troubleshoot, and optimize:

• Workflow automations
• Trigger logic
• Opportunity automation
• Lead routing
• Appointment workflows
• Missed-call text back
• Email campaigns
• SMS campaigns
• Nurture sequences
• Internal notification systems

Technical Troubleshooting
You must be able to independently diagnose:

• Broken workflows
• Trigger failures
• Contact assignment issues
• Pipeline movement failures
• Calendar booking problems
• Form submission issues
• Email deliverability problems
• SMS delivery issues
• User permission conflicts

Documentation
You must be able to:

• Record Loom videos
• Create SOPs
• Document system architecture
• Produce client-facing instructions
• Maintain implementation records

Client Communication
You must be capable of:

• Communicating professionally in written English
• Explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Leading onboarding calls
• Conducting training sessions
• Managing expectations professionally

Preferred Technical Experience
Strong preference given to candidates with experience in:

• Zapier
• Make
• Webhooks
• APIs
• Stripe
• Twilio
• Mailgun
• LC Email
• Google Business Profile integrations
• AI Agents
• OpenAI integrations
• CRM migrations

Performance Expectations
Within your first 90 days you should be capable of:

• Building complete client systems without supervision
• Troubleshooting most issues without escalation
• Managing multiple client implementations simultaneously
• Producing clear documentation
• Completing projects on time
• Maintaining a high degree of accuracy

Disqualifiers
Do not apply if:

• You have never managed a GoHighLevel account.
• You require training on funnels, workflows, calendars, or pipelines.
• You have only watched tutorials but have not implemented systems.
• You struggle with written English communication.
• You cannot provide examples of systems you have built.
• You are unwilling to complete a technical assessment.

• Troubleshoot intentional system failures
• Document their work

Applicants unable to complete the assessment independently will not advance.
We are not looking for task completers.
