HIRING: Instagram Outreach Specialist (Base + Commission)

We help faceless Instagram theme page owners scale, monetize, and turn their pages into real businesses.

We're growing fast and looking for an A-player Outreach Specialist to join our team.

This role is for you if you:

• Have experience with appointment setting, cold outreach, or lead generation
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
• Can consistently follow up with leads and keep conversations moving
• Enjoy hitting targets and tracking performance
• Want to grow with a serious company long term

Your responsibilities:

• Prospect qualified Instagram theme pages daily
• Send outbound Instagram DMs to potential clients
• Follow up with leads and keep conversations active
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline organization
• Track outreach metrics and submit daily reports
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Strong written English
• Previous outreach, setter, VA, or sales experience
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work independently and hit KPIs consistently

Bonus Points:

• Experience booking calls through DMs
• Experience with GoHighLevel, Calendly, Slack, Typeform, or CRM systems
• Screenshots or proof of previous results
• Experience in high-ticket coaching or consulting offers

Compensation:

• Base pay ($200) + Commission (5%) + Performance Incentives
• Direct mentorship and training
• Opportunity for increased responsibility as we scale

Hours:

• Remote
• 4 hours per day
• Immediate start

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the pipeline, stay organized, and help us generate conversations with qualified prospects every single day.
