We need someone at a much higher level.

We are looking for the person who can d ---------- :

What should we advertise?

Who should see it?

What should the ad look like?

What should the video say in the first three seconds?

What offer should we test?

Which audience should receive it?

How much should we spend?

Did it produce sales?

What do we change next?

You will be responsible for turning our products into compelling digital campaigns across social media, paid social, video, email and SMS.

Our immediate priorities include:

Custom dye-sublimated shirts
Yard signs
Printing products
Seasonal promotions
Business customers
Repeat customers

Our ultimate objective is not followers or likes.

It is attention ? interest ? leads ? customers ? repeat customers ? revenue.
